If You Can't Stand The Heat

Every Friday at Madame Lala's London Revue I do my 'Friday Frolic'. I lost inspiration for the music and started to feel stale so towards the end of last year I decided to theme the music.
A couple of weeks ago I did the play lists for March, April and May. I tweak them on the day and switch songs around depending how I feel.
This morning I listened to tonight's tunes and at one point even I thought "WTF am I listening to?!?" It's certainly different.  By the way, 'The Friday Frolic' is at 2pm SLT this week (23rd March 2018) but will return to it's 1pm SLT slot when the clocks change in the UK.
While I was listening to the tunes, I thought I would prepare a buffet for the party so I did a spot of baking and some sandwiches for the party goers.

Wild Life

In a change to my usual blogs...  I went to the Land of Rainbows for a preview of the Easter Egg Hunt, but while I was meant to be looking for eggs I became distracted by the scenery and then wandered off doing a spot of bird watching!  I was really surprised by the variety of birds and the details on them.

Getting Away From It All

I felt like I needed a break so I headed for the privacy of my beach house.  A place of solitude where I can just be me and watch the sun set over the waves without any distractions.
My beach house is a sneak peak of the Miles End Bungalow from RJD.  The building is open plan with floating stairs leading up to a mezzanine floor. The front of the building is glass with wide opening doors leading in from the patio area. The house has a Land Impact of 33 and permissions are Modify/Copy, No Trans.  It has been built using all original mesh and all textures are materials enhanced.
Illuminate opens on March 18th at noon SLT and ends on April 13th.  Find out more about the Illuminate event here.

St Patrick's Day Clothing

It's mid March and that can only mean one thing - St Patrick's Day is almost upon us.  Irish music, green beer, lots of parties.  Parties mean new clothing so I popped in to town and went shopping around London City.

The Tight clothing store has a whole range dedicated to St Patrick's Day and I picked up this top and skirt combo with shamrock headband.  Sizes are XXS, XS, S, M, L, Freya, Hourglass, Isis, Maitreya, Physique, TMP, Tonic Fine and Tonic Curvy.
No one has yet taken me up on the offer of "Rub These For Luck", but that may be a different story by the time the weekend comes to a close!

Tight can be found here.

In the London City Freebie Shop, I came across an Irish shirt (for free obviously).  Sized in XS, S, M, L and XL.
A freebie t-shirt for men is also available - in sizes XS to XL.

About Me

My photo
Hi, my name is Bailey and I am an avatar in Second Life. Although my avatar is predominantly female in Second Life, I am a gay male in real life. I choose to be female most of the time and don't see it as a big deal in a virtual world where so many people are furries, werewolves and inanimate objects. It is all fantasy. This blog is about me, the places I go, the clothes I wear, the people I meet, etc.
